About This Product

Supplying dehumidified air with a low dew point that removes moisture from the air

■Features

・Cooling the film promotes solidification of the film, leading to an increase in the extrusion rate. *Even when the outside air is hot, the extruder's capacity can be maintained. ・Cooling increases the transparency of the film and improves its quality. - Stable molding is possible by supplying cold air under the same conditions. - Stable quality prevents film from tightening and sagging ・Can also be used as a resin crushing process and product cooling device. ・Three types can be selected depending on the location of use: water-cooled type, air-cooled integrated type, and air-cooled remote type.
