About This Product

Continuous feed mixing by high precision screw

■Features

・Continuously mixes pellets, masterbatches, and pulverized materials with high precision. ・Using the excellent speed controllability of inverter control, it achieves exceptionally stable mixing, which helps improve quality, save labor, and reduce costs. ・There are two types: FS and MS. Select the model according to the required capacity and the most suitable screw depending on the raw material used. ・The drive unit can be adjusted independently for the base range and additives, allowing a wide range of mixing ratios. ・Equipped with a metering timer for ease of use, and setting the mixing ratio is easy with the dial on the control panel. ・Designed structure for easy regular maintenance ・Feeding and mixing can be done unattended by using the magic loader (sold separately)
