About This Product

A coating agent that is effective in preventing and protecting electronic circuits from malfunctioning due to static electricity, and reducing the adhesion of dust in equipment and rooms.

■Features

・By applying this agent to the surface of the base material, it forms a conductive thin film with a surface resistivity of approximately 1X10^8~11, eliminating static electricity. - Adheres well to difficult-to-adhere substrates such as resin, and since it is an inorganic metal thin film type, it does not discolor even in sunlight and remains effective for a long time. ・Since there is almost no decrease in transmittance, it can also be used in applications where visibility is required. ・As it is a water-soluble coating agent, it can be applied easily and safely.

■Application examples

Effective in preventing and protecting electronic circuits from malfunctioning due to static electricity, and reducing dust adhesion in equipment and rooms. Semiconductor manufacturing equipment, instrument display covers, manufacturing processes such as belt conveyors, machine tool protection covers, clean booths, walls, floors, doors, etc.

■Compatible base material

Glass, polycarbonate, acrylic, PVC, PET, metal, fiber, etc.

■Coating and drying conditions

Application by spray or brush. Example of drying conditions: 25℃x20℃Rhx1h/55℃x30℃Rhx1h

■Surface resistance

・GSN is given "conductivity" that does not charge. ・GSN+Fluorine is given "anti-static" property that hardly charges any static electricity. ・GSN+ hard coat is given "failure prevention in dynamic state" which is charged but attenuated.

■Static neutralization characteristics

- Static elimination properties can be obtained depending on the surface resistance. ・Static charge is gradually removed by air discharge even when not grounded.
