About This Product
■With a joint, it is firmly windproof. Prevents drafts around the entrance.
・The fitting between windproof packings L105 and L120 can be freely set in the direction of the longitudinal straight part and the T-shaped butt part.
- Since the packings are fitted together using the included joint material, the close contact distance between the packings is stable and it also prevents them from slipping.
・Fitting between packings is possible not only between packings lined up in a straight line, but also at the part where they are connected in a T-shape.
- The bolt holes are wide enough to accommodate bolt misalignment, and, like base packings 20 and 25, are positioned to cover the parts without holes when flipped left and right.
■Applications
・Please install it in a place where you want to stop the flow of underfloor ventilation, such as a draft in the entrance.
・For energy-saving properties that use the foundation packing method, windproof packing is required for entrances, back doors, and general unit baths.
・Used location: Uses energy saving standards
・Entrance/back door: Essential (windproof packing)
・Bathroom (general unit bath): Essential (windproof packing)
・Bathroom (insulation unit bath + airflow stopper): Possible with base packing
■Notes
・This product is a packing that can be placed tightly on the foundation of areas that do not require underfloor ventilation, such as around entrances and back doors. Please consult with the designer carefully and do not install in areas that require ventilation.
-Fukubi base packing is used for parts other than those where windproof packing L105/L120 is used. In that case, please follow the installation instructions included with the base packing.
・Please be sure to use the side labeled "base side" as the top side. If this is not done, the foundation may sink in.
- Structural calculations are required when using a foundation made of red pine, Japanese black pine, Douglas fir, hardwood, etc. with a standard penetration strength Fcv of over 8.1N/mm^2.
・When using in a semi-fire prevention area, cover with a metal drainer.
