About This Product

■ What is a cooling fan motor?In general, inexpensive fans for installation of the device can be found with feathers with feathers on the axis of the induction motor, but it becomes a long fan motor in the motor axis direction, and depending on the device, the housing itself may be larger for the fan. Also, if the motor diameter is large, the air introduced in the feathers cannot be efficiently flowing.

The cooling fan motor incorporates a motor inside the rotating feather, and can make the axial direction in which the wind rises rises very thin compared to a product that combines feathers and motors.

■ CharacteristicsOur fan motor features a relatively inexpensive type with resin feathers attached to a general inner rotor -type motor rotation part, and features an AC fan motor, which is all metal that is directly welded metal feathers on the outer rotor -type motor rotation portion.

The heat coming out of the coil inside the fan motor is difficult to transmit to the outside when resin material is intervened, but all metal types are excellent in thermal conductors, and they are released to the outside through the feathers, so the temperature of the bearing portion is also reduced and long life is expected.
