About This Product
■Highly accurate construction can be standardized by simply installing it on the foundation top plate.
The base packing itself has a long design (approximately 910 mm in length) that combines ventilation and rat-proofing functions, allowing for efficient construction. The strength is ensured, and the measures against anchor bolts are perfect.
■Easy to install due to long length, no need for partitioning
Just lay it all over the top of the foundation without worrying about the layout position. Since it is a long type, it is easy to draw a horizontal line, and the gap between it and the base can be filled with a special piece.
■Reliable strength and durability
Realized with slit-type ventilation holes and cylindrical column base structure. High-strength, high-durability design unique to Fukubi, which has a proven track record as both a building materials manufacturer and a resin manufacturer.
■With rat proof function
Vertical slit ventilation holes on the sides keep out rats. It has a simple system configuration with a rat-proof function.
■Suitable for fixing bracket position by swapping left and right
Asymmetrical shape takes into account interference between anchor bolts and hole-down hardware and base packing L. It can be flexibly handled by cutting the main body in half and swapping the left and right sides.

Almighty compatible with both conventional construction methods and 2x4 construction methods
■Notes
・This product is compatible with the right-hand side base. Use of any other base is prohibited.
- Structural calculations are required when using a foundation made of Japanese red pine, Japanese black pine, Douglas fir, or hardwood with a standard penetration strength exceeding 8.1N/mm.
- When applying finishing mortar to the foundation, please be especially careful not to block the ventilation slit on the side of the foundation packing L.
