About This Product

Filling work in the civil engineering field plays an important role as a disaster prevention and mitigation measure. Since it is underground and invisible, it is desirable to fill it reliably. Cinsault Giken's filling material has excellent characteristics not found in other filling materials. It has a feature called post-foaming, which expands after injection while maintaining high fluidity. This feature allows for gap-free filling even in narrow cavities.

Product usage and main features

・Various types of filling, such as filling cavities under roads, filling gaps in subsidence correction work, filling cavities under floors due to ground subsidence, filling back cavities in tunnels and underground shield construction, backfilling rehabilitation pipes, filling buried waste pipes, etc. It can be used for construction work.

■Easy constructionJust prepare AdThermo, cement, and water. One bag of Adthermo is pre-measured to make it easier to mix with one bag of cement (25kg), saving you time and effort. One bag of Adthermo weighs approximately 900g, allowing for space-saving transportation and storage.

■High liquidityFilling materials using Adthermo have extremely high fluidity and can be easily injected into narrow gaps. Although it has high fluidity, there is no breathing and it can be filled firmly. The photo on the right shows the flow test immediately after training. The flow value is 400mm.

■Volume expansionAdthermo slowly expands in volume within 1 to 2 hours after injection. (The expansion time will vary slightly depending on the temperature of the mixing water and air temperature.) Since it is fluid during expansion, it fills gaps without applying pressure to the surrounding area. Even if you inject too much, the excess will come out from the injection port and confirmation hole.

The curing time will vary depending on the cement used, but if you use regular cement (at a temperature of 15 to 25 degrees Celsius), it will be strong enough to walk on in half a day, so the next process can be carried out smoothly the next day. Additionally, it can be easily cut with tools such as scrapers for 1 to 2 days after injection, making post-processing easier.
