■Summary

A variable orifice valve (flow rate adjustment valve) is a valve that allows you to easily adjust the flow rate of pressurized fluid in a pressure pipeline from the outside while it is still flowing.

■Features

・Compared to a sluice valve that opens in a crescent shape, it is less likely to become clogged with debris even with the same opening area, and even if it becomes clogged with debris, it can be flushed out by opening the throttle. - Since it has an opening scale, it is possible to quickly return to the original opening even after clearing a dirt clog. In addition, since the opening scale and opening area are almost proportional, flow rate adjustment and maintenance management can be easily performed. -Can be used for a wide range of fluids such as liquids and gases (steam/fuel). ・The flow rate cannot be adjusted with the throttle plate (fixed orifice) etc. without disassembling it after the water supply is stopped, but with the variable orifice valve, the flow rate can be adjusted quickly and easily even when water is flowing. - Requires less space for installation than regular valves, so it can be installed in tight spaces without any problems. The main body is made of transparent acrylic, so you can check the flow of oil from the outside. Compared to the SOV-1 type, it is cheaper because it is made of acrylic.
