High Melter, a large styrofoam volume reduction machine, is a system volume reduction machine that efficiently crushes, stores, and reduces the volume of large amounts of styrofoam by incorporating a crusher and a stock tank. The crushed raw material is stored in a stock tank by pneumatic conveyance, so it is possible to separate the loading and volume reduction operations. We eliminate unevenness in the amount of cargo received and unevenness in work man-hours, and level out work.
