We support transitional measures such as contract work. By entering the contract date for each construction project, we will automatically determine whether the project is subject to transitional measures.
When inputting completed construction transfer slips, if the slip is from April 1, 2014 or later, the completed construction amount for the construction subject to transitional measures will be calculated at 5%. Additionally, additional construction work performed after October 1, 2013, which is not subject to transitional measures, will be calculated at 8%. In the case of construction that is subject to transitional measures, a line for the 8% tax category and a line for the 5% tax category will be displayed for the completed construction proceeds item.
