About This Product

■Features

・A kit to quantify whether a specific transcription factor (TF) is in an activated state that can bind to the transcription control region of genomic DNA. -Transcription factors can be analyzed according to research purposes, such as StemCell analysis and oxidative stress analysis.

■Filter Plate Assay

-One type of biotin-labeled probe that recognizes a specific transcription factor is included (FA-0010 does not come with a probe).

■TF Activation Proling Plate Array

- Comes with a biotin-labeled probe MIX that recognizes multiple transcription factors.

■How to use

1. Mix the biotin-labeled probe (transcription control region oligo DNA) with the nuclear extract. 2. Remove unbound probe and elute only bound biotin-labeled probe. 3. Develop the bound biotin-labeled DNA probe with streptavidin-HRP and quantify.
