About This Product

■Features

・A reagent that quickly and reversibly makes the entire tissue transparent. ・Since it is reversible, once cleared tissue can be reused for 2DH&E/IHC. ・No effect on organizational form. -Starter kit includes each HISTOTM solution, antibody buffer, blocking buffer, antibody infiltration buffer, washing buffer, and tissue permeabilization buffer. Enables imaging of whole tissues (e.g., mouse brain, tumors, etc.) using confocal, light sheet, or two-photon microscopy in combination with fluorescent proteins or immunofluorescent labels. *For small tissues and thin brain slices (<500b), use only HISTO-1TM; for large tissues (>1a), use HISTO-1TM and then HISTO-2TM for two-step clearing. please.
