About This Product

■Features

・This is a starter kit recommended for those doing HCRRNA-FISH for the first time. ・This kit contains all the reagents necessary for HCRRNA-FISH experiments.

■6 advantages

- Concise protocol. It is simple and consists of two stages: detection and amplification. ・Automatic background suppression. Just follow the protocol and the background will be automatically suppressed. ・Easy multiplex staining. All labeled RNA can be amplified in one step. ・Thick samples are also fine. Hairpin DNA can penetrate even thick samples. ・High versatility. Compatible with FFPE, frozen sections, whole mounts, transparent samples, etc. ・Coexistence with protein detection. Co-staining of proteins and RNA is possible in combination with HCR IHC probes (sold separately).
