About This Product

This is a package software for cell production support that provides the instructions (picking) (picking) (picking) using projection system® PPS using video projection and displaying the assembly procedure using the same projector.

■ Characteristics

・ If you can not attach the display, you will not want to attach it, and you will also insert the frontage of parts in the projection picking system ® PPS, and also perform Pokayoke with the sensor. ・ The assembly procedure is displayed in "letters" and "photos". No display display is required, and large displays are possible. ・ Input signals of multiple torque drivers are possible. Pokayoke is performed by count of tightening times. ・ Parts that do not fit in the projector irradiation range of projection picking system ® PPS can be linked by displayed. ・ You can customize freely according to your request.

■ Basic settings

・ Register the assembly procedure for each model to the master for each work element ・ Connecting the location information of the shelf and the irradiation position of the parts ・ The location information of the shelf, the parts, and the display address are linked

■ Work method

1. Scan the barcode of the instructions. 2. Remove the parts from the frontage shown by the Project Picking System® PPS. 3. Remove the parts from the frontage shown by the display. 4. Assemble the product according to the projected assembly procedure (letters, photos). 5. If the torque driver is tightened in the assembly procedure, the screw is tightened. 6. When the parts are taken out, the number of screws tightening the number of screws, etc., the entire projector irradiation range glows red and warns with the sound.
