- A temperature compensation sensor is embedded in the joint between the sensor plug and the main body connector, which quickly compensates for errors caused by temperature differences between the joints.
- It has a calibration function and can be used with instrumental error correction at one temperature point.
・More accurate measurement is possible by using a T thermocouple.
・The surface sensor has a fast response time of 3 to 4 seconds.
