*The flow rate range is limited depending on the tube diameter. Flow rate is when using water/Pharmed® tube for TP-5SA, and when using water/silicone tube for others.
*A dedicated tube is required only for TP-5SA (standard accessory: 5SA1525).
*Thin tubes with an outer diameter of φ3 mm are not suitable for long-term operation or high-speed rotation.
