About This Product

■Type with cooling function・A heat press machine with a cooling function that is convenient for molding work.
- Samples and molds can be cooled by circulating cooling water and tap water after heating and molding.
・It is possible to set the temperature of the upper and lower heating plates separately.
・Resin sheets and molded samples can be produced.
- Can perform heating compression molding tests on various materials.
・It is hydraulically operated, so it is easy to apply weight.
-The pressure gauge is a 2-needle type so you can check the weighted pressure.
・Measure the oil pressure with a digital pressure gauge (HC300-01K/05K/15K).

*This product is water-cooled, but the device itself cannot be cooled. Be sure to circulate tap water or cooling water before use.
*Cannot maintain pressure for long periods of time.
*We recommend applying pressure at 50% or more of the maximum value.
*Custom-made products such as heating plate size and stroke changes are available.
*We use wooden packaging (wooden crates, pallets, etc.).
