About This Product

■ Constant temperature dryer common features - As standard, you can select the opening/closing direction of the door (right or left opening) and the presence or absence of an observation window. ・Equipped with a digital overheating prevention device as standard. - Adoption of 3-stage PID control system reduces overshoot and undershoot in a wide temperature range. - An all-round type equipped with 4 types of timer functions, a day/time specified timer, and a program function with 16 steps and 8 patterns. -Equipped with an LCD display with excellent visibility and operability. ・By connecting options, you can instantly recognize errors and take action. (Refer to P.38/Alarm option) ■Six safety and security functions Other useful features 1 PV/SV can be checked even from a remote location. It can be operated intuitively without a manual. 2 Easily create graphs by transferring recorded data to a computer The read recorded data is automatically converted to a CSV format file and can be easily transferred to a computer via email. 3 Safety and security functions when an error occurs By connecting options, you can instantly check for errors and take action. *Please refer to the alarm option on page 38. 4 Highly accurate temperature control 3-stage PID control Individual PID control is possible for low temperature range, medium temperature range, and high temperature range. Overshoot and undershoot are reduced. 5 Digital setting type Overheat prevention function This is an overheat prevention function that allows you to set the operating temperature digitally. When the set value is reached, the heater turns off. 6 Air volume setting possible (forced convection method) You can set it to 3 levels: "HI", "MID", and "LOW" with an analog feel. Light powder is difficult to scatter. ■Observation window You can objectively view the situation inside the warehouse. ■Door position You can choose the door position according to the installation location. ■Timer operation ・OFF timer Set the time until the end. ・ON timer Set the time until temperature control starts. ・ON/OFF timer Set time t1 until temperature control starts and time t2 until end. ・SV start The timer starts when the set temperature is reached. ■Program operation A 16-step program can be set and 8 patterns of programs can be recorded. ■Forced convection method 3 sizes to choose from ・Notification function when an error occurs ・Wireless data logger function ・3-stage PID control ・Large bright LCD screen ・3-stage air volume setting
