About This Product

STRAX® is a caulking stud that can be assembled into various metals using a simple press-fit device. The mating material flows into the retaining groove between the Torx-shaped protrusion and the sizing ring and is fixed. You can expect high fixation holding power and anti-rotation effect.

■Main uses

As an alternative to welding studs, for purposes such as preventing spatter during welding and eliminating welding smoke. Product features

■Can be used with plating

It can be caulked as is as a plated part.

■No special equipment required

There is no need for a special caulking device, and it can be caulked with a commercially available general-purpose press-fitting device.

■Suitable for various materials and designs

It can be manufactured from various types of carbon steel and stainless steel. Compatible materials include steel, copper, and aluminum. Additionally, we can design shapes that meet customer needs.
