About This Product

The screw shape is a single thread with a tapered tip and a guide, and the bottom part is a double thread self-tapping screw for thin plates. Emphasis is placed on workability, including pilot hole exploration and low torque screwing performance. After seating, the double thread screws work to achieve stable fixation with the object to be fastened.

■Main uses

Tapping fastening of thin steel plates whose mating material is approximately 0.4t to 1.0t Product features

■Suitable for a wide range of thin plates

This is a tapping fastener for thin plates that can be applied to a relatively wide range of plate thicknesses from 0.35t to 0.8t.

■Low screwing torque

The tip is a single thread thread with a large pitch, so it can be screwed in with low torque.

■ Fastening with high torque

Due to the effect of the two threads under the neck, the shaft alignment is good and the screw enters straight into the material to be fastened, achieving a highly airtight seating between the screw seating surface and the material to be fastened. This allows for high torque tightening.

■Loosening prevention function

A unidirectional flute is placed in the lower two sections of the neck. This edge action improves the locking function.
