About This Product

A major feature of NanoSolution Skycoat is that it incorporates completely inorganic amorphous titanium peroxide as a photocatalytic material. The strong adhesive strength of titanium peroxide itself eliminates the need for organic binders, which have been indispensable up until now, making it possible to safely attach photocatalytic films to any substrate at room temperature.

This titanium peroxide also serves as a block layer to the organic base, and by using a two-layer construction method (patented construction method), the conventional problem of damaging the underlying organic base has been resolved. Ta. By incorporating this unique system, we can maximize the photocatalytic decomposition function.

■Coating agent ingredient Peroxotitanic acid (TMC-C undercoat)・Hydrogen ion concentration: ph=6.0-7.0 (neutral)
・Particle size: 2-10mm
・Composition: Amorphous (non-crystalline), titanium peroxide, water
・Photoactivity: None (begins to become photoactive when heated above 200℃)

■Coating agent ingredients Peroxo-modified anatase sol (TMC-A top coat)・Hydrogen ion concentration: ph=6.0-7.0 (neutral)
・Particle size: 2-20mm
・Composition: Amorphous (non-crystalline), titanium peroxide, water, anatase titanium oxide
・Photoactivity: Yes (photoactivity starts to weaken when heated above 500℃)
