About This Product

``Ecorio'' is a commercial kitchen machine that compresses tempura and fried dregs and separates them into oil and dregs. The squeezed oil can be reused, and the squeezed residue can be safely disposed of without worrying about spontaneous combustion.

■Safety

- The limit switch will stop operation if the top plate moves from its normal position. It is also equipped with a shock relay that stops operation if foreign matter gets into the fried crumbs and puts a load on the motor to ensure safety.

■High functionality

・The stirring mechanism and automatic adjustment mechanism are our patented technologies. The stirring mechanism smoothly feeds the fried crumbs into the compression mechanism. The automatic adjustment mechanism automatically adjusts the pressure according to the condition of the fried crumbs, which changes depending on the type of fried food.

■Removal of impurities

- OS-23h has a large amount of fried residue, so the built-in filter is not suitable. Please use the dedicated circulation filter [Eco Parco].

■Custom-made top plate (optional)

A custom-made top plate can be attached as an extension to the top plate part of the OS-23h. In workplaces such as food processing factories where large amounts of fried scraps are produced, it is inefficient to add the fried scraps in several batches. It is necessary to install the OS-23h near the point where fried scraps are taken out on the production line and process them all at once.
