About This Product

■Summary

- Lineup available with tip angles of 90°, 120°, and 130°. - For fixing quartz glass, ceramics, etc. It is a polycrystalline, sintered diamond with hardness second only to natural diamond and excellent wear resistance. Conventional PCD is mainly used for finish cutting of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, but we have developed a processing tool specifically for carbide machining. We have succeeded in improving the wear resistance of the cutting edge during carbide machining by 2 to 3 times compared to conventional models.
