About This Product

■Waterproofing, moisture-proofing, and preventing migration of circuit boards and electronic componentsOniCoa is a fluorine-based conformal coating.

Silver nano ink coatings have silver exposed on the surface that is prone to migration, so we recommend laminating or coating the coating. Onicoat, which has excellent insulation properties, can be used to protect silver nano ink coatings, waterproof/moisture proof, and prevent migration of circuit boards and electronic components.

​OniCoat cannot be used with inkjet printers. Please use with dipping, spray, dispenser, etc.

The resin concentration increases in the order of OC-01108A < OC-01120C < OC-01130C.

Features
■High performance even with thin filmOniCoat is a fluorine-based coating agent with excellent moisture-proofing effects. It has higher moisture resistance than silicone-based, urethane-based, and acrylic-based coatings of the same film thickness.

■Short takt timeAfter application, the coating is completed in a short time. No heating required and can be dried at room temperature.

■Nonflammable and highly safeWe use non-flammable and safe fluorinated solvents. It has low odor and low toxicity, so the health of workers can be considered. Since it is not flammable, no explosion-proof equipment is required. Since it is a non-flammable liquid and is not treated as a hazardous material, transportation costs can be reduced.
