Gold nano ink for inkjet (binder-free) DryCure Au-J
C-INK Co., Ltd.

About This Product

Nano ink DryCure J series

■No need for high temperature sintering

Our unique nano ink exhibits the same conductive properties as conventional nano ink with minimal drying required. DryCure Au-J achieves a resistivity of 50μΩcm and DryCure Ag-J achieves a resistivity of 40μΩcm under drying conditions of 120℃ for one hour.

■Maintaining stable ink condition

C-INK's nano ink does not precipitate even during long-term storage. Nano ink stored unopened and refrigerated at 4°C will maintain its quality for 6 months from the date of shipment.

■Reduced risk of crack occurrence

C-INK nano ink is free of impurities as much as possible. Therefore, it is possible to print extremely pure metal thin films.

■Applications of gold nano ink

C-INK gold nano ink is used in many applications that require greater stability than silver. Research example using gold nano ink

■Coating type electrode for organic devices

Gold has high stability and carrier injection efficiency, making it an indispensable material for research on organic semiconductor devices. C-INK gold nano ink has extremely low impurity content, so it has the property of not hindering operational efficiency when used as an electrode material in coating.

■Fine wiring formation using selective surface treatment

C-INK nano ink is a coating material that uses water as its main solvent. Normally, when printing on resin substrates such as polyimide, the ink is repelled by the surface, making it difficult to achieve fine prints. By irradiating only limited areas of these hard-to-wet resin substrates with ultraviolet light, it is possible to selectively perform lyophilic treatment. By performing this process, it is possible to form fine wiring with a line width of 0.6 μm.

■Biocompatible devices

For applications that come into contact with living organisms, precious metals such as gold are useful because they are less likely to cause allergic reactions. A research case has been reported in which a coil is formed using C-INK gold nano ink on a biocompatible resin substrate, and the purpose is non-contact induction heating for the purpose of thermal therapy for cancer. In this study, we inkjet printed C-INK gold nanoink to create a biocompatible device with a thickness of only 7 μm.
