About This Product

This is a stabilized ejection ink jointly developed with an inkjet head manufacturer. Nano ink DryCure J series

■No need for high temperature sintering

Our unique nano ink exhibits the same conductive properties as conventional nano ink with minimal drying required. DryCure Au-J achieves a resistivity of 50μΩcm and DryCure Ag-J achieves a resistivity of 40μΩcm under drying conditions of 120℃ for one hour.

■Maintaining stable ink condition

C-INK's nano ink does not precipitate even during long-term storage. Nano ink stored unopened and refrigerated at 4°C will maintain its quality for 6 months from the date of shipment.

■Reduced risk of crack occurrence

C-INK nano ink is free of impurities as much as possible. Therefore, it is possible to print extremely pure metal thin films.

■Applications of silver nano ink

Most of the uses of C-INK silver nano ink are as a "silver paste substitute", with applications such as touch panel outer wiring, membrane switch circuit boards, etc. Advantages of C-INK silver nano ink

■Reducing the amount of silver used and making the film thinner

C-INK's silver nano ink has a volume resistivity that is 1-2 orders of magnitude lower than that of silver paste after sintering. Proper processing can reduce the amount of silver used. C-INK's silver nano ink contributes to lower production costs by reducing the amount of silver used.

■Characteristics of coating film due to fusion of silver nanoparticles

The size of the ultrafine silver particles (nanoparticles) contained in C-INK's silver nano ink is approximately 30 nm in diameter. After sintering, these tiny nanoparticles fuse together to form a continuous metal coating. While silver paste creates conductivity through contact between silver fillers, C-INK's metal nano ink coating forms metallic bonds through the fusion of particles, resulting in properties similar to those of metal foil. While the resistance value of silver paste deteriorates over time, the resistance value does not easily deteriorate with the coating film formed with our silver nano ink.

■On-demand production using inkjet

A screen version of the silver paste must be prepared for each image to be printed. If you are outsourcing the production of this screen plate, you will need time to prepare the plate. With inkjet printing, you can print digital data, so there is no need to prepare plates.
