About This Product

NCSIMUL is cutting simulation software that aims to improve safety and productivity on-site. By reproducing the machining process, verifying the NC program, checking interference with machines, etc., and checking the workpiece, we prevent accidents and defective products from occurring. ■Features

・This is a simulator that can verify cutting and lamination using machine operations based on G-code. - It can be linked with various CAD/CAM, and the environment used in CAM can be used as is in NCSIMUL. - You can import G-code or APT files and change or add the order of machining processes without returning to CAM.

・Decodes the read G code as it is. - The modified NC program can be run directly into the machine.

The screens required for verification work together to detect problems early, increasing verification efficiency.

■Characteristics based on the rationality of the verification process

- Improve efficiency with a three-step verification procedure that eliminates wasteful rework. ・NCSIMUL efficiently verifies NC programs through three stages of checking: "NC program error check," "processing alert check," and "workpiece shape check."

■NCSIMUL composite

- Composite layering simulation, such as wrapping carbon resin around a hydrogen tank, is also supported. - Verify problems that occur during wrapping, such as interference during wrapping and twisting of the resin.
