About This Product

The HLN Hardlock Nut is the ultimate locking nut that has successfully integrated the bolt and nut by incorporating the wedge principle, an excellent ancient Japanese construction technique, into the nut.

■Achieving welding level with “wedge” integration technology

Wedge technology unites the bolt and nut as if they were welded together, so they will not loosen under any vibration or impact.

■Integrated technology that does not loosen even with low fastening force

Even if the fastening force to the fastened member is zero, the bolt and nut are integrated so they will not loosen.

■Reusable and maintains welding level

Unlike welding, it is mechanically integrated with the bolt using a concave and convex nut, so by removing the concave nut and then the convex nut, it can be reused any number of times, and it also reproduces the level of integration at the welding level. can. However, if the concave nut becomes deformed due to over-tightening, the locking effect will decrease, so please avoid reusing it.

■Anyone can easily perform accurate tightening.

The HLN Hardlock Nut has a locking structure that uses the ancient Japanese "wedge" principle. To take advantage of this structure, there are two types of nuts: a convex nut (1) whose boss part is eccentrically machined, and a concave nut (2) whose boss part is machined into a perfect circle.By combining these two nuts, the bolt can be rotated in the direction perpendicular to the bolt axis. Mechanically generates a strong locking effect using the wedge principle. As a result, the strong locking effect of the HLN Hardlock Nut wedge completely integrates the bolt and nut. The strongly locked HLN hard lock nut resists any impulse or impact.

■Improved work efficiency

With the HLN Hardlock nut with rim, the tightening tool will not touch the convex nut when tightening the concave nut. As a result, workability has been significantly improved compared to conventional products.
