About This Product

This product is a PCI bus compatible interface board that inputs and outputs digital signals. You can input the open/close status of switches and control relays.

This product is equipped with 32 photocoupler isolated inputs and 32 photocoupler isolated open collector outputs, and all input signals can be used as interrupts.

Additionally, it is equipped with a photocoupler drive power supply (12VDC), a digital filter function, and an output transistor protection circuit (surge voltage protection, overcurrent protection). Additionally, this board is an upward compatible product of our PIO-32/32B (PCI) H. By using the driver library [API-PAC (W32)], you can create application software for Windows using various programming languages ​​that support Win32 API functions, such as Visual Basic and Visual C++.

Features
■Photocoupler isolated input, photocoupler isolated open collector outputEquipped with 32 photocoupler isolated inputs (compatible with current sink output) and 32 photocoupler isolated open collector outputs (current sink type) with a response speed of 200μsec. Since the common configuration is in units of 16 points, each common can support different external power supplies. The driving voltage corresponds to 12 - 24VDC.

■Bus insulation using photo couplerThe PC and input/output interface are isolated using a photocoupler, which provides excellent noise resistance.

■All input signals can be used as interrupt request signalsAll input signals can be used as interrupt request signals, and it is possible to disable/enable interrupts on a bit-by-bit basis and select the edge of the input signal that generates an interrupt.
