About This Product

This is a PCI Express bus compliant interface board that inputs and outputs digital signals (12 - 24VDC). Equipped with 64 points of photocoupler isolated input (compatible with current sink output) and 64 points of photocoupler isolated open collector output (current sink type), and 16 points of the input signals can be used as interrupts. Additionally, it is equipped with a digital filter function to prevent incorrect recognition of input signals. A Windows/Linux version driver library is available, allowing you to create applications that take advantage of the features of our hardware.

Features
■Photocoupler isolated input (current sink output compatible), photocoupler isolated open collector output (current sink type)One board is equipped with 64 photocoupler isolated inputs (compatible with current sink output) and 64 photocoupler isolated open collector outputs (current sink type) with a response speed of 200μsec. Since the common configuration is in units of 16 points, each common can support different external power supplies. The drive voltage is compatible with 12 - 24VDC for both input and output.

■Bus insulation using photo couplerThe PCI Express bus (personal computer) and input/output interface are isolated using a photocoupler, providing excellent noise resistance.

■16 points of input signals can be used as interrupt request signals16 of the input signals can be used as interrupt request signals, and interrupts can be disabled/enabled and interrupt edges can be selected on a bit-by-bit basis.

■Driver library compatible with Windows/Linux availableWindows/Linux applications can be created by using the driver library API-PAC (W32). We also provide a diagnostic program that allows you to check the operation of your hardware.
