■Summary

Industrial Location Guidance (ILG) is the perfect tool to ensure consistent production quality and production efficiency. ILG is a stand-alone fastening process control system that provides a high level of fastening process assurance for both simple and complex applications. Ensure that the correct bolts are tightened in the correct order according to manufacturing specifications while tracking the exact position of the tool relative to the desired tightening position. The combination of ILG software, position sensing device, and tightening controller provides a tightening system with complete control over tightening position and sequence.

- Records data based on tightening position ・Provides assembly traceability ・Operation pattern when tightening fails can be set ・Adjustable user interface ・Tightening position according to start and end position - Visual indicators for status and feedback ・Reject management: Product rework outside the line
