About This Product

■K-Flow joining tool

The high-performance K-Flow joining tool, which is the core of the system solution, is mounted on a robot and uses high speed rotation and high holding force to join M4/M5/M6 fasteners from various manufacturers. Two independent vertical movements (downholder and main stroke) allow extremely short cycle times. Three types of tools are available depending on the accessibility of the parts to be joined.

■K-Flow system control

The K-Flow system controller controls the joining tool and feed unit. Our software (XFlow software) allows you to easily program, monitor, analyze and document FDF processes. Dedicated wizards enable the joining of complex products, and an integrated backup system automatically saves data. This solution can be easily connected to the customer's network, and the software can be installed and operated on a variety of systems, including integrated touch panels, mobile PCs, tablets, and stationary PCs. Process parameters can be imported from spreadsheet software, and over 500 joining programs can be created depending on the type of fastener and shape of the part.

■Feed unit

The feed unit is an essential piece of equipment for trouble-free operation of the K-Flow system. The feeder sorts, separates and delivers the correct fasteners to the tool when needed. When feeding to the tool, it is fed from the head part, reducing the risk of damaging the fastener. With integrated storage capabilities, the system is easy to maintain.
