Atlas Copco's SPR studs have exceptional mechanical strength to withstand shock, torque and vibration. The advantage of minimizing current resistance makes Henrob SPR studs ideal for grounding applications, even in applications where high load-bearing performance is required.

■Control panel

This control panel adapts to standard system layouts and multiple communication protocols to provide the perfect solution for your product line. Equipped with features such as a touchscreen HMI, process monitoring, system diagnostics, and maintenance scheduling to help your processes run smoothly. Capacitor module (optional) recovers electrical energy during the fastener driving cycle.

■Stud supply

The standard feeding system includes a Rivet Length Checker (RLC) to prevent incorrectly sized studs. The optional Pokayoke solution uses RFID technology to supply only the correct studs to the cube. The system operates at 4bar, reducing operating costs and improving the ecological footprint.
