Atlas Copco's Blowfeed SPR system provides continuous rivet feeding, providing excellent economy in high volume rivet applications. Direct Feed - Magazine feed systems are designed to achieve a high level of reliability by incorporating an intelligent system with problem identification and self-correction capabilities. It also features quickly replaceable parts to minimize maintenance and downtime.

・Magazine: Fast rivet feed time / Compatible with a wide variety of standard automotive rivets / Servo setter operated with 4 bar air pressure ・Energy-efficient fastener driving: Achieves 7Wh energy consumption per fastener driving ・High productivity: Energy-based system = increased number of fasteners per cycle ・Highly reliable bonding process monitoring: constant and repeatable bonding quality using encoder control ・Extended preventive maintenance cycle: 4 million cycles maintenance cycle ・Load setting: Fastener driving load of up to 85k can be set
