About This Product

A 5%master batch type Azkura is blended and economical on production resin or olefin resin. There are many track record in low residue and food applications.

■ About products

・ Completely remove carbide. Cleaning of molds, T -die, ring die and hot runners is also possible. ・ It is a completely new type of purge agent devised based on the latest surf engineering. ・ 100 % chemical action eliminates carbbbits and residual substances from inside the machine. ・ The product is a master batch type that is easy to handle. ・ Because it is only 5 % blend on your base resin or recycled material and put it into the hopper, it is economically excellent. ・ Because it does not contain inorganic substances, the excreted purge resin also supports recycling. ・ One grade can handle all thermoplastic resins. ・ The newly developed drug has an effect as a cleaning agent, but also has an antistatic function, a particle prevention, and a dispersion function. ・ From the above functions, the color change, resin change, carbonized removal, as well as regular use, to dispers the gelization to prevent carbonized production.

■ Activation principle

・ It is a master batch type made of functional drugs that contain organic boroky oxygen compounds in olefin resin. -The functional drugs of the newly developed are highly transmitted and have excellent penetration, so they quickly spread inside the machine and form a film on the metal surface. ・ Carbide and residuals are emitted and excreted outside the plane with resin pressure.
