About This Product
■Humidity test: Temperature 40℃ / Humidity 99% After 48 hours, no rust
SA-10 is a water-soluble clear lacquer that contains acrylic acid resin and is a rust and discoloration inhibitor. The coating is thin and transparent, so it is effective in preventing rust and discoloration of steel without damaging the underlying material. Can be dried at room temperature.
Our original water-soluble rust preventive agent. Since it is water-soluble, it can be applied while wet and is easy to handle. It has good drying properties and can be dried using any method including room temperature, heating, and hot air. It is a colorless and transparent thin film with a beautiful luster. There is no yellowing of the coating film due to ultraviolet rays. It has the hardness unique to acrylic resins and is also effective as a protective coating. Effective in preventing rust and discoloration of metal surfaces. This product was developed as a replacement for the conventional product that we had been using for many years, but it has been discontinued.

■Features
・The product is non-toxic and does not cause pollution.
・Since thinner is not used, there is no need to worry about ignition.

■Drying time
At a liquid temperature of 40℃, it will be dry to the touch in about 30 minutes.
■Notes
After applying SA-10 to the products, stack them up and tie them up after they are completely dry.
■Removal method
If it gets on your hands, soap is sufficient. For the product, it is best to immerse it in a commercially available weak alkaline detergent or wipe it off with an alcohol or petroleum solvent.
