About This Product

Soot Concentration Meter HT-1850 Smoketester Evaluates the degree of smoke in flue gas from flue pipes and checks combustion efficiency.

■Work procedure

Measurement possible in 3 easy steps - Insert and fasten the filter paper into the pump body, insert the sampling tube into the smoke guide, and turn the handle of the body back and forth 10 times. ・Remove the sampling tube from the smoke guide and remove the filter paper. ・Compare the sample color of the smoke scale and the color actually applied with smoke. The scale number of the closest sample color is the measurement result.

■Accurate measurement in 1 minute

Too much smoke in the flue can cause the boiler to clog with soot, requiring frequent service visits. This is where a smoke tester comes into play. The degree of smoke is determined by drawing in the combustion exhaust gas and comparing the smoke adhering to the filter paper with the smoke scale. It can be used with all burners and can accurately measure the degree of smoke within 1 minute. It has acquired TÜVByRgG (German standard) and is widely accepted as a global standard method, and has earned trust through many years of experience in the burner industry.
