About This Product

HT-4200 1ℓ, HT-4205 5ℓ. Boiler cleaning agent. Cleaning for oil-fired, boiler systems. Converts boiler soot and sulfur into a biscuit-like form that can be easily removed with a vacuum cleaner, etc. Dust is also minimized. Since it is not flushable, no waste water is generated. Thorough dirt removal dramatically improves the boiler's heat absorption efficiency.

■Features/Usage guideline

Removes soot and non-flammable sulfur from boilers, dramatically improving heat absorption efficiency. Since it is not flushable, no waste water is generated. This is a revolutionary cleaning agent that is different from conventional water washing methods, brush methods, and caustic soda solutions. Simply dilute with water, spray, and turn on the burner. After that, it becomes biscuit-like and peels off in an interesting way. A single Soot Clean bottle can clean a boiler of 360,000 to 720,000 kcal/h.

■Ingredients/effects

Ingredients include activated negative ions, non-ionized suspended matter, phosphate, carbonate, etc. This component reacts with soot and nonflammable sulfur, and through a heating process, it lifts and removes dirt from the metal surface. Special ingredients remain on metal surfaces and form a treatment film that prevents corrosion and new stains from adhering.

■Work procedure

・Depending on the dirt, dilute it 10 to 20 times with water and fill it in a commercially available sprayer. ・Pump the sprayer to increase the internal pressure. ・Spray on the combustion chamber of the boiler and the inner wall of the smoke pipe. ・After 10-15 minutes, let it burn and overheat. ・Remove the fallen soot and sulfur with a vacuum cleaner.
