About This Product

Since this burner does not have a blower, there is no limit to the pressure inside the furnace, and high-temperature combustion air can be used. Ideal for large boilers and incinerators. In addition, we have a wide range of gas-fired, oil-fired, mixed combustion burners, and switchable dedicated burners, and can also handle special fuels.

■Features

- Since there are no rotating parts such as a blower or oil pump unit, there is no noise emitted from the burner itself. - Efficiency can be increased by using air heated by an air heater. - Low NOx can be easily achieved using exhaust gas recirculation (EGR). ・There is no limit to the furnace pressure. ・As it uses a hydraulic spray method, no assistance such as compressed air or steam is required. ・The CKG type can switch between gas and oil for combustion with a single switch. ・In addition to the standard wind box type, combusters are available in separate types that can use a wind box built into a boiler, etc. ・We also manufacture low NOx and low dust burners with special specifications using steam injection, water spray, EM (emulsion combustion), etc.
