About This Product

The lineup of cartridge-type ink die marks includes 3 types of heat-curing type and 3 types of natural-curing type, allowing you to select the most suitable ink according to your application. Six standard dot diameters are available from 5MIL (125μm) to 30MIL (750μm) to suit the marking target. All inks are RoHS2 and REACH compliant. Please see the cartridge specifications list for details.

■Features

- Dot diameter can be easily changed by changing the cartridge. - There is no need for tasks that trouble the user, such as mixing ink, refilling ink, and cleaning the ink bottle. ・Supports high speed dots of 10 times/second (Pneumatic inker) ・The ink height after drying is low, and image recognition is also good. ・There is almost no variation in dot size during continuous dot printing.

■Cartridge type

Daimark cartridge type ink is available in two types depending on the dot method: filament type Dm1 cartridge and pneumatic type Dm2 cartridge. A special jig (opening wrench) is available for DM1 and DM2.

■DM1 cartridge

The main body is made of polypropylene, and the dot diameter is determined by optimizing the gap between the inner diameter of the stainless steel needle and the outer diameter of the filament, and six standards are available. The filament material is nylon, 5MIL has a tungsten filament as standard, and 30MIL has a stainless steel needle length that is 2mm shorter.

■DM2, DM2.3 cartridge

The main body is made of polypropylene, and a Teflon tube is inserted inside the stainless steel needle. There are 3 standards for each Teflon tube inner diameter (inner diameter: A5 = 5MIL, A6 = 6MIL, A8 = 8MIL), and the dot diameter is a volume change type using a pneumatic inker. DM2.3 has a stainless steel needle that is 5mm shorter.

■Cartridge storage method and expiration date

- Store with the nozzle facing down in a place out of sunlight at room temperature (10-25℃). ・Expiration date…Approx. 4 months (approx. 2 months for white)
