About This Product

For applications requiring high airtightness Our transparent windows are joined by brazing and have long-term reliability even in high-load environments. Ideal for transmitting X-rays. Diamond is bonded to metal using the fused titanium metallization method.

■Thin and small windows can be joined.

It is possible to join thinner and smaller windows with excellent airtightness. Please contact us.

■ Heat resistance and airtightness far superior to adhesives

・Unlike O-rings or adhesives, joining using the fused titanium metallization method uses heat treatment in a vacuum to generate a metal reaction layer and join. Therefore, it has excellent heat resistance and vacuum tightness, and is used in high vacuum conditions such as in analytical equipment. ・Airtightness: 1×10-10Pa・m3/sec (He leak rate)

■Beryllium window Ultra-thin window with high airtightness (8μm~)

Generally, windows with a thickness of several tens to hundreds of micrometers are considered ultra-thin windows, but we have a track record of bonding windows with thicknesses as low as 8 micrometers. Can be joined with various metals such as copper, Ni, Kovar, Al, and SUS.

■Diamond window Can be bonded to various metals

・We have a track record of joining copper, tungsten, etc. - Easier to handle safely than beryllium.

■We respond to a variety of joining needs.

・Please leave brazing and welding to various vacuum flanges to us. ・We can also construct special sizes of window materials and special flanges. Please feel free to contact us.
