About This Product

For applications that require insulation and high airtightness An insulating joint is a cylindrical metal pipe that is hermetically joined to both ends of a cylindrical ceramic pipe. Ideal for insulating the supply and exhaust parts of vacuum equipment. Ceramic pipe and cylindrical metal are joined by metallization.

■Ceramics are also made in-house.

・Please leave glazing to ceramics to us as well. ・Please consult us regarding changes in the shape and dimensions of ceramics. Glaze is a technical term for pottery, which is pronounced ``Yuyaku'' and is also called ``Glaze''. By applying a glaze and firing it, it becomes difficult for dirt to adhere to it and makes it easier to remove.

■Can also be bonded with 99% alumina

Kawaso Texel metallizes using the fused titanium method, and since titanium diffuses into or reacts with ceramics, it is possible to metallize even high-purity alumina. *Molybdenum-manganese metallization method (Mo-Mn method) is a metallization technology that utilizes a reaction with glass components, mainly SiO2, contained in ceramics.

■Please leave welding of flanges, bellows, etc. to us.

After purchasing an insulated joint, if the customer needs additional work, such as welding peripheral accessories such as flanges and bellows, we can handle the entire process. Please feel free to contact us. You can also leave it to us to manufacture flanges with special shapes.
