・Even when over 200 connectors are connected, not a single one leaks. ・Achieves precise dimensional accuracy and high perpendicularity even with extremely thin pins ・Can be used in ultra-high vacuum environment (airtightness: 1.0x10-10Pa・m3/sec) ・Pressure resistance: 1MPa *May vary depending on usage environment, product shape, etc. Product examples
