About This Product

■Water-cooled introduction terminal

Helps alleviate the thermal effects of film deposition heater sources such as organic EL and LED.

■For applications near heat sources

If a heater is connected directly to the center conductor, the center conductor will generate heat due to the heat from the heater. This is an introduction terminal (feed-through) that can reduce the heat effect from the heater by water-cooling the center conductor and suppress heat generation.

■Standard specification product

・ (Characteristics) Insulation resistance (MΩ): 1,000 or more (atDC500V), Airtightness: 1×10-10Pa・m3/sec ・The diameter of the electrode cannot be changed, but the dimensions of L1 and L2 can be changed upon request. - Commercially available cooling joints are used. ・ (Common: where specifications and dimensions are determined) Ceramic diameter → 3kV (withstand voltage) Ceramic upper and lower metal fittings size Vacuum side electrode diameter → Φ16 ・ (Custom: parts and dimensions that can be changed) Electrode length and structure Battledore terminal Cooling joint size Flange installation
