■Principle of three-dimensional movement
This machine basically vibrates around the sieve surface, and the vibration is generated by weights attached to both ends of the vibrating body. The rotation of the upper weight causes horizontal vibration of the sieve surface, which serves to move the material fed to the center of the sieve surface in the direction of rotation. The rotation of the weight at the bottom generates vertical vibration of the sieve surface and moves it toward the outer circumference.
In other words, these vibrations are combined to cause a special three-dimensional movement on the sieve surface. By changing the phase of the lower weight relative to the upper weight, the vibration properties change, making it possible to obtain motion suitable for the properties of the processed material.
