■Features

■Motion principle of vibrating sieve machine

Generally, the basics of sieving is to use a vibrating screen to sort out the grain size of raw materials and remove foreign substances. The basic principle of a vibrating sieve machine is to use a motor and a vibrating body to generate horizontal and vertical and diagonal movements to efficiently sieve the raw materials on the sieve surface (mesh). In addition, by adjusting the phase of the weights attached to the vibrating body, it is possible to optimally control the flow of the raw material on the sieve surface, making it possible to perform efficient sieving in accordance with the raw material to be sieved (particle size, specific gravity, etc.). Masu.

■Principle of three-dimensional movement

This machine basically vibrates around the sieve surface, and the vibration is generated by weights attached to both ends of the vibrating body. The rotation of the upper weight causes horizontal vibration of the sieve surface, which serves to move the material fed to the center of the sieve surface in the direction of rotation. The rotation of the weight at the bottom generates vertical vibration of the sieve surface and moves it toward the outer circumference. In other words, these vibrations are combined to cause a special three-dimensional movement on the sieve surface. By changing the phase of the lower weight relative to the upper weight, the vibration properties change, making it possible to obtain motion suitable for the properties of the processed material.
