■Features

・Adopts a mechanism to reduce damage to transported objects ・Seat protector adopted as standard ・High seal with Teflon touch - Flexible branching direction by combining body caps ・The lineup also includes a branch angle of 35 degrees, which is a major feature in the flour milling and food industries. Advantages of Aisin Sangyo's ball diverter valve

■Highly rigid, lightweight and compact body

Precision casting is used, and the mass is reduced by 35% (compared to our company) with a highly rigid and thin body design that makes full use of hollow balls and 3D automatic stress analysis.

■Transportation damage reduction mechanism

Eliminates unevenness in the flow path and reduces flow path resistance. At the same time, a mechanism (tapered connection) that makes the inner diameter of the inlet side of the valve larger than the inner diameter of the transport pipe and the inner diameter of the outlet side smaller than the inner diameter of the transport pipe reduces damage caused by collisions with transported objects. *Excludes sanitary type

■Reinforced Teflon sheet and sheet protector

Equipped with a reinforced Teflon sheet as standard, and equipped with a sheet protector to prevent the Teflon sheet from coming into direct contact with the transported items.

■35° branch also available

We also offer high-sealing, long-life ball diverter valves with a 35-degree branch angle specification, which has long been used in the food industry such as flour milling, bread making, noodle making, and confectionery.
