About This Product

■Features

Wheel Master is a multi-purpose caster with excellent functionality that can withstand high loads (100kg/4 pieces to 3,000kg/4 pieces) despite its small size. The main body is made of aluminum, the upper plate is made of pressed steel, the wheels are made of special synthetic rubber with excellent corrosion resistance and dust resistance, and a handle is included for easy level adjustment. Ball bearings are used in the rotating parts of the main body and upper plate, making it easy to rotate 360°, making it possible to change direction even in narrow spaces. It is a multi-functional and smart product that combines smooth mobility, easy level adjustment, excellent vibration isolation, and robust fixing functions. The level of the Wheel Master can be adjusted by hand when the load is light, and with a wrench when the load is high. *TDK's Wheel Master is a product that complies with environmentally hazardous substance (ROHS) standards.

■Bearing cover

A bearing cover is installed between the main body of the Wheel Master and the upper plate to prevent dust, foreign matter, and moisture from entering, thereby extending the life of the product.

■Explanation

For casters of installation machines. Suitable for light to heavy loads. Casters with easy position adjustment.

■Usage

For installation machines and transport vehicles that are stopped for a long time.
