About This Product
■Departure prevention caster II for AGV
・AGV caster
・Prevents separation from the truck
・Automatic alignment structure that minimizes lateral vibration when turning 180 degrees
■Two rotating axes with different rotation radii
- Adopts rotating axes with different turning radii to minimize offset when turning.
・When turning 180 degrees, the rotation axis moves by itself according to the direction of travel, suppressing sideways shake.
- Conventional swivel casters may deviate from the line due to eccentricity, but this model has a double rotation structure that suppresses eccentricity.
・Supports low-speed towing up to 4km/h. Available in settings from 75φ to 150φ. A model with revised anti-deviation casters for AGVs at a lower price.
■Usage
・Mainly used as auxiliary casters for unmanned guided vehicles. A stopper is also available as a special order.

■Flexible casters
・The standard delivery time is approximately 1 month when ordered from an overseas factory.
-However, if there is no stock in the domestic import warehouse due to production at an overseas factory, it will take approximately one month.
