About This Product

■Pneumatic tire/tube/wheel set for driving at low speeds and low loads

- By preparing a drive bearing (hub), it can be used as a drive tire (drive caster wheel). ・Customers must prepare axles and bearings separately. You can use it by fixing the flange using the hub mounting hole of the tire wheel. ・The tires are pneumatic tires.

・Pneumatic tires with no grooves ・Bridgestone tire DC3.50-5 2P set ・Standard air pressure is 1.8kg/cm2

■About specifications

・Tires and tubes are made by Bridgestone. The wheels are our own model. ・Since it is a pneumatic tire, it has excellent cushioning properties, and although it cannot withstand high loads, it has sufficient load capacity for self-propelled robots and lightweight electric trolleys used on campus. (The same structure is also used for all wheels of some 3-wheeled towing vehicles.) Since it is pneumatic, it is extremely versatile as rollers and auxiliary wheels. ・Main use: Rollers, etc. ・Disadvantages include air pressure management (once a month or depending on the frequency) and concerns about punctures. -Also, please be careful not to touch the tube valve as it protrudes outside the tire. ・The standard air pressure is 1.8kgf/cm2. ・We recommend that you consider the advantages and disadvantages when making your selection. ・Customer must prepare bearing (hub) separately. ・The wheel part is usually orange or white, but black is also available by special order.

■Notes

The number of holes varies depending on the wheel. *All wheel materials are painted steel. Wheel colors: white, black, silver, etc. available upon request. *Delivery time is usually around 1 month. Prices will vary depending on other properties and the quantity ordered. *1 month for orders
