About This Product

■Zero pressure tires for drive wheels Hollow tires- By preparing a drive bearing (hub), it can be used as a drive tire (drive caster wheel).
・Customers must prepare axles and bearings separately. You can use it by fixing the flange using the hub mounting hole of the tire wheel.
・All tires are hollow type, no-puncture tires, and zero-pressure tires.

■About specifications・Because it is a hollow type, it has higher cushioning properties than regular puncture-free tires (compared to our company).
・As a benefit, it is extremely versatile as it can be used as a roller, auxiliary wheel, etc. in addition to the main tire of the trolley.
・Main uses: Drive wheels for electric trolleys, wheels for robots, rollers, etc.
・However, since it is a hollow tire, the disadvantage is that the load is lower than that of a puncture-free tire. We recommend that you consider the advantages and disadvantages when making your selection.
・Customer must prepare bearing (hub) separately.

■Zero pressure tires do not go flat and are resilient.Zero pressure tires are hollow tires, with a structure that has a small air space inside the thick tire. The load is supported by thick rubber, and the elasticity is achieved by the rubber and internal air. Zero pressure tires (hollow tires/hubless) have less elasticity than pneumatic tires, but they have the advantages of puncture-free tires and the advantages of pneumatic tires.
